Q. Who do you usually cook for? I usually cook for myself and my kids (19 and 17 now) but I love to feed my friends when we get together.
Q. What’s your signature recipe? What dish do you do best? I would say fresh homemade pasta with a red meat sauce.
Q. What’s your go-to spice right now? I love a little 'spicy-nice'. Currently my go-to is spicy Calabrese peppers in oil. I drizzle a little bit of that on nearly everything!
Q. What’s the one cooking rule you swear by? Don;t forget the secret ingredient — LOVE ❤︎
Q. When you don’t feel like cooking, what’s your best dinner hack? I love a Rotisserie Chicken Remix — Try this, pick up a rotisserie chicken and turn it into: Chicken tacos with pre-shredded slaw and store-bought salsa or Chicken Caesar wraps with salad and tortillas or Chicken fried rice with frozen veggies!
Q. What’s your worst dinner fail? Over-salted Food, Oops! The Fix: Add acidity (like lemon juice or vinegar), a starch (like rice, pasta or potatoes), or extra broth to balance it out. Or double the recipe without adding more salt.
Q. Anything else you would like to add? She's Italian is space where we come together to share food, culture, and the joy of cooking. This is all about real, everyday life, focusing on authentic recipes with a healthy twist. I believe that health and nutrition look different for everyone, and my goal is to create meals that are both nourishing and approachable.
