Healthy Cookie Dough Stuffed Dates! These are so good 🤤 Try This 👉 1/2c almond flour, 2tbsp nut butter (I used all natural peanut butter), 2tsp maple syrup, 1tsp vanilla, 1/4c chocolate chips, 8-10 dates (remove pits), coconut flakes. Mix all ingredients, over stuff your dates, top with coconut flakes. Today I’m headed to Toronto to set up a trade show and I needed to pack a lunch. Let’s just say I was more excited about packing a lunchbox over driving downtown. That so many Canadians voted at the advance polls, ahead of the April 28 federal election, says something. Maybe that they've seen and heard enough to know who gets their vote. Maybe they don't want to face lineups on election day, although there were long ones at some advance polls. Or maybe, with a federal election hot on the heels of a provincial vote, they just want to get it over with.

The Easter egg hunt always reminds me of when my kids were little, and my daughter got up early Sunday, before her little brother was awake, and hunted down all the barely hidden Easter eggs. I've rarely seen a boy so sad when he got up - his sister with all of the eggs. Of course we made her put all the eggs back, had the hunt and my son got his share of Easter eggs. But you have to give her points, just for nerve.

Time for some good ol’ Canadiana with Rush, my fave band, and their 2002 release of “Vapor Trails”. For this album they put away the Keyboards & Synthesizers. On a sad note the band was on a hiatus for 5 years between albums (Test For Echo) as Neil Peart, drummer, suffered the loss of his wife and daughter on seperate circumstances. 😢 This version is a 2013 remixed 2 Lp set pressed on 180g vinyl. 🎸🥁
