This sweet apple pie inspired high-protein Greek yogurt bowl was pure perfection šŸ‘ŒšŸ¼ I made enough for 3 servings - chop and cook 3 apples, 6 dates, add 1tbsp salted butter, cinnamon, apple pie spice, splash of water (splash of maple syrup if you want a little extra sweetness). Cook till tender and put 1/3 on top of 1 serving of high protein plain Greek yogurt mixed with 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder. A little granola and some extra cinnamon on top!

Store the rest in the fridge.
