These polenta croutons might just be your new favorite salad topper, snack, lower calorie substitute! This one was super easy: simply cut a pre-made polenta log into bite-sized cubes, drizzle with a tiny bit of olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, pop them in a pre heated air fryer for 12 minutes on 350.
