My go-to breakfast nearly every day is a high protein Greek yogurt bowl. I lift weights daily so getting my protein in is a priority for me but this is great any day of the week.
Here’s how I make it: in a bowl add 170g plain Greek Yogurt, 1 scoop of protein powder (any flavour you like, I used vanilla), a splash of vanilla and stir. Then top with 125g fresh or frozen fruit (I used 1/2 banana and 1/2 frozen strawberries), a good sprinkle of cinnamon (optional) and some granola (also optional). That’s it.
