Had a set of buyer clients unfortunately lose out on a Barrie property yesterday — on the market for just 1 day and it received 5 offers. In my professional opinion, the home was priced fairly and didn’t seem undervalued… but the competition was fierce.

Could this be a sign that the market is heating up again after a slower than usual spring?
